Once you've drawn the index fingers third (finger tip) segment as an oval, then you can go back and draw in the second segment under the finger tip segment. You can draw the middle segment all the way around, if that helps you to see how the finger is bending. Do that same process of drawing the first and third segments then the middle segment for the middle finger.
